Summer Rush 2026 Raffle Rules & Terms

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

The Summer Rush 2026 Raffle ("Raffle") is organized and administered by Official Greenville Roleplay ("OGVRP"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and Terms, as well as any decisions made by OGVRP management regarding the administration of the Raffle.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Raffle is open exclusively to verified members of the OGVRP community who meet all eligibility requirements at the time of entry and winner selection.

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be a member of the OGVRP Discord server.

• Maintain good standing within the community.

• Not be permanently banned, suspended, or restricted from OGVRP at any point during the raffle period.

• Comply with all OGVRP rules, policies, and community standards.

• Meet any additional eligibility requirements announced by OGVRP.

OGVRP reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may remove any participant found to be in violation of these requirements.

2. Entry Requirements

Entries may be earned through participation in Summer Rush activities, events, competitions, giveaways, or other approved methods announced by OGVRP.

OGVRP reserves the right to:

• Determine how entries are earned.

• Modify entry methods during the event.

• Remove fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries.

• Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the raffle process.

All entry totals and records maintained by OGVRP shall be considered final.

3. Prize Pool

The Raffle prize pool may consist of:

• Robux

• In-game currency for Roblox experiences

• Digital rewards

• Community rewards

• Additional prizes determined by OGVRP

Prize values may increase throughout Summer Rush based on community support, donations, sponsorships, participation levels, or other factors.

OGVRP reserves the right to:

• Modify the prize pool at any time.

• Add or remove prizes.

• Substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

• Adjust prize distributions if circumstances require.

Prizes have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Community Donations

Community members may voluntarily contribute Robux or other approved contributions to support the prize pool.

By making a donation, contributors acknowledge and agree that:

• All donations are voluntary.

• Donations are final and non-refundable.

• Donated amounts become the property of the Summer Rush prize pool.

• Donations do not improved odds of winning.

• Donations do not provide any ownership interest in the raffle.

OGVRP reserves the right to determine how donated prizes or funds are distributed.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random drawing process conducted by OGVRP.

The number of winners and prize distribution will be determined by OGVRP based on the final prize pool and event structure.

OGVRP reserves the right to:

• Conduct additional verification procedures.

• Redraw winners if necessary.

• Modify winner selection procedures to ensure fairness and integrity.

All decisions made by OGVRP regarding winner selection are final and binding.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claims

Winners will be announced through official OGVRP communication channels, including but not limited to the OGVRP Discord server.

Selected winners must claim their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification unless otherwise stated.

If a winner:

• Fails to respond within the claim period,

• Is determined to be ineligible,

• Is banned or suspended before prize delivery,

• Refuses the prize, or

• Violates any raffle rules,

OGVRP may, at its sole discretion:

• Award the prize to another participant,

• Conduct a redraw,

• Forfeit the prize, or

• Reallocate the prize elsewhere within the event.

7. Disqualification

OGVRP reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who:

• Violates community rules.

• Provides false information.

• Attempts to exploit bugs or loopholes.

• Uses alternate accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harasses staff or participants.

• Interferes with raffle operations.

• Engages in conduct deemed harmful to the event or community.

Disqualification may occur at any point before or after winner selection.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that OGVRP, its staff members, volunteers, organizers, affiliates, and event coordinators shall not be responsible for:

• Technical failures.

• Lost entries.

• Delayed communications.

• Platform outages.

• Roblox service interruptions.

• Discord outages.

• Data loss.

• Human error.

• Prize delivery issues outside of OGVRP's reasonable control.

Participation is at the entrant's own risk.

9. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

OGVRP reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, terminate, or cancel the Raffle at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues.

• Security concerns.

• Fraudulent activity.

• Insufficient participation.

• Changes in platform policies.

• Circumstances beyond OGVRP's control.

In such cases, OGVRP shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the modification or cancellation of the Raffle.

10. Release of Claims

By participating in the Raffle, entrants release and hold harmless OGVRP, its management team, staff members, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance of any prize.

11. Roblox Disclaimer

This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Roblox Corporation.

Roblox, Robux, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing Authority

The Raffle is administered solely by OGVRP. All interpretations of these Rules and Terms, eligibility determinations, winner selections, and administrative decisions shall be made by OGVRP and are final.

Participation in the Summer Rush 2026 Raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Rules and Terms.
